S - Fixed memory leak that was making server crash and hang (this was

C14 - Changed minimum java release from 1.3 to 1.4.
C14 - Added <gmt>...</gmt> text tag. Try typing "Hello at
    <gmt>2007-08-29 8:00</gmt>" in a chat pane, or put it in your user
    info, or in the greeting text for a room you own, etc.
C14 - Added "Never Undo" option when your opponent has already asked
    your for undo several times.
S - Accounts with KGS Plus won't be deleted until the KGS Plus runs
    out, even if the user never logs in.
S - Fixed bug in recordkeeping for account history.
S - Fixed bug in ranking when pros turned their rank off then on.
W - Made tournament game start times localized.

S - Opening a teaching game where you were black now opens a copy of
the game, which you can edit.
W - Added help page editing system.
C13 - Fixed bug that would sometimes leave poeple unable to make
changes when they were handed control of an ended game.
S - Fixed bug that crashes server on Feb. 15 (caused by a throwing out
  a user who had been chatting in a room with an "&" in the title)
S - Fixed a bug that crashed the server on Feb. 20 (caused by an undo
  in the first or second move of the game).
W - All web pages are now UTF-8 (to allow foreign characters in help wiki).

S - Attempt at fixing the bug that has been crasing the server every
week or two. Not sure I found the exact cause, but I found a bug in
the network code that might have been the problem.
S,W - Changed to java 1.6 for running server and for toolchain.

C13 - Made it possible to allow only fast games in automatch.
C13 - Fixed bug that would crash client if a Linux user tried to start
automatch when sound was enabled but their sound device was in use.
C13,S,W - Added Danish translation. Updated Czech, Polish, Viet
Namese, and Basque translations.
C13 - Added missing Viet Namese configuration option.
CGTP - Robots don't leave tournament games any more just because their
opponent is missing.
W - Fixed typo in download page.
S - Fixed a bug that would make robot players moves be ignored in
automatch games where the robot moved first.
S - Automatch games now must be played if they are started. If you
leave an automatch game, even if it is before anybody has made a
single move, it counts as an escape against you.
S - I think that I fixed the bug that made some games ignore the
"done" button at the end. At least, I can't reproduce the bug any
more, although I'm not sure why the changes that I made affect it.
C13 - No longer shows word "Unfnished" when looking at a review of a
rengo game.
