  rank will have a non-moving graph (but the end date keeps changing).
* User accounts who have had a KGS Plus subscription will last for two
  years with no logins to make it harder for them to lose their old
  subscriptions.
* Added the "global games only" room option.
* Fixed bug in setting anchored (e.g., pro) ranks when users had no
  ranked games.
* Added system so advertisers can turn on/off ads and upload new ones
  on their own.
* Bots that can't handle handicap will not get handicap automatch
  games any more.
